Valley Goldendoodles offers a 2 year health guarantee against both genetic and congenital diseases.
Should the puppy be proven to have a life inhibiting genetic defect by two years of age, Breeder will need a written notification from two different licensed, practicing veterinarians that states this upon diagnosing, along with all testing results from both veterinarians. If the puppy must be euthanized it will be at the Buyer’s expense.
Breeder will replace the puppy with the first available puppy of same breed and value from the Breeder’s stock as soon as possible. Breeder will offer 50% of the purchase price to buyers for reimbursement of vet bills due to a defect; or offer a replacement puppy for a dog diagnosed with a congenital or genetic disease (dead or alive). No further refunds will be given, and no further health guarantees apply. Breeder cannot guarantee that your puppy will never develop any health problems in the future as some things are just not able to be predicted. We have done our very best to physically and genetically test our puppy’s parents to support the future health of all of our puppies.
If any health concerns do arise, you are required to inform us so we can evaluate the parents and the other puppies from that litter in an attempt to determine the cause of the ailment and to eliminate the issue in future litters.
Should the puppy die unexpectedly within the two year time frame, a necropsy must by performed, and a diagnosis of a life inhibiting genetic defect must be proven to be the cause of death. Copies of necropsy results and any paperwork about death must be provided to Breeder. Breeder will replace the puppy with the first available puppy of same breed and value from the Breeder’s stock as soon as possible. No refunds will be given and no further health guarantees will apply.
